Shipping within Switzerland

Shipping is free for orders of CHF 65 or more. Below that, shipping is charged by the total weight of the order:

Estimated transit time for standard international shipping is 5 to 8 business days after dispatch. For orders heavier than 30 kg or destinations not listed, please contact us for a quote.

Large machines and built-to-order equipment

Large machines (for example AREMDE espresso machines and Ditting shop and industrial grinders) are delivered by freight. Delivery, installation and timing are arranged individually, and the delivery cost is quoted separately. Where such a product can be added to the cart, the checkout shows “Freight delivery on request” at CHF 0; we contact you with the delivery quote before the order is dispatched.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside Switzerland may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
