Green (unroasted) specialty coffee from Finca El Paraíso, Cauca, Colombia – partner of C+ Coffee. Minimum order 6 kg.

Harvested at optimum ripeness, disinfected with ozone and fermented anaerobically for 36 hours – a bioprocessed Castillo with peach and orchard-fruit character.
